How to find us

FROM THE NORTH (Chester, Liverpool, Manchester)

From Liverpool (via M53) or Manchester (M56), skirt Chester via the M53 to its end, continuing onto the A55 dual carriageway. Take the slip road for the A483 (signed for Wrexham and North Wales), and turn left onto it at the roundabout.

After about 11 miles, (and after passing the exits that are actually signed for Wrexham,) take the slip off the dual carriageway signposted for the A525 Ruthin and Brymbo exit. Turn left at the traffic lights, continue straight on to a small roundabout. Go straight across the roundabout, and proceed to the end (a T-junction).

Turn left onto Penybryn, which becomes Bridge Street almost immediately. Within a few yards, you will spot the Albion public house on your right.Turn left into the ally, (beside the Club CK1 pub/club), and bear left again into the Matthews Financial car park.

FROM THE SOUTH (Oswestry. Shrewbury, Welshpool)

Approach on the A483, dual carriageway. Take the slip for the A525 signed for Ruthin and Brymbo. Turn right at the traffic lights, continue straight on to a small roundabout, go straight across the roundabout, and proceed to the end (a T-junction).

Turn left onto Penybryn, which becomes Bridge Street almost immediately. Within a few yards, you will spot the Albion public house on your right. Turn left into the ally (beside the Club CK1 pub/club), and bear immediately left again into the signed Matthews Financial car park.

FROM CREWE / NANTWICH (on the A534)

Keep heading for the town centre, along Holt Road. Eventually, you will come to a roundabout with a Tesco superstore on your left. Bear left onto the second exit (ie ignoring the store access road), and at the next roundabout take the third (ie right) exit. Ahead in the near distance you will see a small retail park on the right of the road.

Go across the small roundabout, onto the traffic lights and turn right onto St Giles Way, passing down the side of the Matalan store. At the next lights, (a crossroads) turn left onto Bridge Street. After about 100 yards turn right into the alley beside Club CK1, and bear left into the signed Matthews Financial car park.

FROM BANGOR-ON-DEE / WHITCHURCH (on the A525)

Keep coming along Kingsmills Road, until you reach a set of traffic lights (just pat a petrol station on your left). Turn right at the lights, (its more of a fork than a turn) and drop down the short hill to the next lights, and turn left into St Giles Way, passing down the side of the Matalan store.

At the next lights (a crossroads), turn left onto Bridge Street. After about 100 yards turn right into the alley beside Club CK1, and bear left into the signed Matthews Financial car park.

FROM THE WEST (Ruthin, Llangollen, Corwen)

The A483 dual carriageway Wrexham by-pass (the Oswestry-Chester road) skirts the town to the east, and any approach from this direction must therefore cross it. The easiest way to find us is probably to join the A483 at the most convenient point, and proceed north or south as applicable to the A525 Ruthin / Brymbo exit. Then follow the appropriate directions for those approaching from the North or South.
